Will the regimes control collapse entirely now? Or is this a play to try and put off targeted conflict? 🤔

I guess after the US captured Maduro in January, Trump ordered Venezuela to halt oil exports to Cuba. That loss of 35,000 bpd cut 1/2 of Cuba's supply.
