I expected Judge Robert McBurney to do this, but at least he could've concealed his corruption better. What sense did the legislature have in tasking counties with certification of results if they intended for them to have no authority to remedy fraud or errors? According to McBurney, if county officials witness fraud with their eyes, they are compelled by law to certify, even though the same law also says that elections MUST be secure and ACCURATE.
Democrats are celebrating this because it means they can get away with cheating more easily. Even the Nevada Supreme Court decided to punt on this question until AFTER the election. I expect an appeal and a swift reversal by the Georgia Court of Appeals and/or the State Supreme Court. If Kemp were a non-corrupt governor, he would call on the legislature to answer this question, but he's a crook, so he won't."
