Homeland Security Secretary Mayorkas previously said FEMA had no money left to help Americans through the rest of the Atlantic Hurricane season after the agency spent more than $1.4 billion since the fall of 2022 to address the migrant crisis.
The migrant crisis was caused by Biden’s border policy, not Trump.
