Just me, or should everyone have to do 4yrs in military service? 🤔
Man, personally I think this isn't a terrible idea, as usual, IF executed correctly... I had a friend from Israel back in the day, and she explained how alla citizens have mandatory 4yrs in military service. I think it does force a bit of patriotism, personal growth, and understanding how the world works.
If everyone had to do military service, recruiting wouldn't be a problem, and we could have HR placement professionals helping guide people to the right place that would suit their personality and skill set.
