This really seems like the Hillary Clinton email server all over again. Top official Robert Hur testifies the Congress that Joe Biden in fact is 100% guilty. Then says but I chose not to convict him because he's really old, forgetful, couldn't prove that he did the illegal acts completely willfully.
He also has said that he believes a trial would find him to be simply a sweet old man who's dumb and forgetful. Which is literally what the head of the FBI said about Hillary Clinton being 100% guilty but no judge would try the case. This guy smarter and covered up the corruption though and just said he believes people wouldn't charge him guilty so we'll just skip ahead to the non guilty verdict 🤦♂️
