The report reveals Harris County had 9,000 more voters in the registration system than what was reported to the state.
Almost 3,600 mail-in ballots were sent to voters but not reported to the state.
27% of polling locations failed to return or properly complete necessary paperwork.
Keep in mind that the critical races in Harris County were separated by a few thousand or only a few hundred votes in many.
A lot more discrepancies were found, this is more than enough for a judge to force an election redo."
