So there's an ongoing dispute between the FBI and the Oversight Committee regarding the handling of an FD-1023 form, which contains allegations of President Joe Biden’s participation in a criminal bribery scheme during his tenure as vice president. Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) has maintained that the FBI had informed him that the document was associated with an ongoing investigation.
