Another noteworthy point is that Hunter Biden joined the board of the Ukrainian energy company Burisma in April 2014, with Joe Biden's approval.
Despite Hunter's lack of experience, he received an annual salary of approximately $1 million from the energy company.
While Hunter was on Burisma's board, Biden threatened to withhold $1 billion from Ukraine unless the Ukrainian government dismissed the prosecutor investigating Burisma.
In 2017, Hunter's salary was halved when Biden left the White House.
According to Mike McCormick, a former White House stenographer under Obama, Biden purportedly advocated for American assistance to Ukraine's natural gas sector shortly after Hunter Biden joined Burisma's board.
If these allegations are proven true, it demonstrates a clear conflict of interest between Biden and Ukraine
